LOS ANGELES, CA, November 12, 2010 (Press-News.org) The pink apple logo arrived at Beverly Boulevard, bringing an international perspective on unique art objects for the home and office, as well as for the serious collector. With over 30 years of gallery experience in Europe and passion for art we decided it was time to open a Los Angeles gallery featuring cutting-edge contemporary artwork at affordable levels. This innovative retail gallery is the first US location of the successful Swiss gallery, Kunstwarenhaus, in Zurich. We represent a variety of international emerging and established artists from across Europe and Los Angeles. We offer only original artworks at accesible prices and in a fun, unintimidating environment.
Many of the original pieces cost as much as a pair of designer shoes. The price range typically varies from $200 to $2,000, while a special collectors section offers exclusive paintings of well-known artists starting at $2,000. People who would easily pay this amount for designer clothing will find it appealing to buy a piece of original art at the same price and derive pleasure from it every day in their surroundings at home or in the office.
Small decorative pieces such as Kati Elm's wooden works begin at $40, and are juxtaposed with large abstract paintings by accomplished German artists such as Edith Konrad. The show " Abstract Passion" opened October 28 and runs through the end of December.
Special events and lectures are offered on a regular basis to encourage a dialogue among art lovers. Every six weeks the art selection highlights a new theme (urban art, abstract art, pop art, graffiti art, photo art and others) so everyone will find artwork they like. New paintings arrive weekly and the selection varies all the time.
We are also "social". Easy to reach on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Our links:
