What is Bachata?
Bachata is a dance that originated in the Dominican Republic. The dance steps consist of a three-step hip movement on the beat of the music, followed by a tap on the fourth beat. The hips are accentuated in Bachata...the knees are slightly bent so that the hips sway a little easier.
What major muscle groups are used in Latinva Core Bachata?
With Latinva Dance, the movements in Bachata start from the lower body, to the core and up to the upper body with our unique style of arm movements and weighted gloves.
• Lower Body: It works the lower body major muscles to include the glutes, quads, hamstrings, inner and outer thighs, calves, and shins.
• Core: It works the core to include the abdominals, back, pelvic girdle, and hip muscles.
• Upper Body: It works the upper body major muscles to include the chest, back, biceps, and triceps.
Latinva Core Bachata Rhythms is an aerobic exercise that is uniquely choreographed to work all the major muscle groups of your body, with great emphasis on the core. The movements of Core Bachata Rhythms are weight-bearing aerobics exercise dance steps...they work with your body instead of against it.
Do you lose weight with Latinva Core Bachata?
Core Bachata is a great aerobics and weight loss exercise. You increase your heart rate, it makes you sweat, works all your major muscles and best of all, it is fun! Because it is fun...you will never be bored and will love to exercise. It incorporates continuous training and resistance training for a fat burning, metabolism boosting and total body-sculpting workout.
When will you notice results?
After one week of dancing, you are going to be amazed at how you good you will feel at the end of that week! Weight yourself on the first day of the week, dance every day and weight yourself on the last day of that week. By the end of the week, you will most likely have dropped a pound or two...make sure that you don't over eat and to watch your diet. At this rate, you should be able to lose about 20 pounds in about 12 weeks. If you want more results, incorporate the Latinva Meal Plan into your lifestyle. By maintaining a diet that is low in fat and carbohydrates and high in fresh fruits and vegetables, you should see even more amazing results.
It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends to notice and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice...give it 12 weeks. Don't Quit! Start with one dance step at a time and one pound at a time...
