Ms. Kongkham has 28 years of experience as a broker and realtor of Royal LePage York North Realty. Over the years, her talent for relationship management has served her well, as good people skills are crucial to the selling and negotiation processes.

Looking back, Ms. Kongkham attributes her success to her loyalty to her clients, as well as her love of people and challenges. She attends ongoing educational seminars to ensure that she gives the best service possible to her clients. She became involved in her profession because of her prior experiences in real estate.

Ms. Kongkham holds a Senior Residential Specialist certification, and she is an Accredited Buyer's Representative with a Green Real Estate certification. To remain in contact with other industry professionals, she maintains her affiliation with The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. In recognition of her distinguished service within the real estate industry, Ms. Kongkham has received a Diamond Award and a Lifetime Award of Excellence through Royal Le Page. In her personal life, Ms. Kongkham is the proud mother of three grown sons. One is an advertising executive with JWT in Bangkok, Thailand, the second is a neurosurgeon in Toronto, Ontario, and the third is the manager of Sunlife Insurance in two centers in Ontario, Canada. She now enjoys having two wonderful daughters-in-law and two beautiful granddaughters.
