Constructech Magazine Names HomeSphere BRI a Residential Top Product for 2014

Digital lead-generation and customer loyalty program opens up new revenue opportunities for brands

Constructech Magazine Names HomeSphere BRI a Residential Top Product for 2014
2014-02-25
DENVER, CO, February 25, 2014 (Press-News.org) Lakewood-based HomeSphere Inc.'s BRI Builder Rebate Program has been named a residential Top Product for 2014 by Constructech magazine, which honors technology solutions that have demonstrated the greatest innovations for the homebuilding market.

"Technology is redefining the industry," said HomeSphere President and COO Glenn Renner. "We are honored to be among this elite group of companies fostering the evolution of residential building."

Constructech named a dozen winners to this year's list. Products, including HomeSphere BRI, were chosen based on various criteria, including the product's overall usefulness and uniqueness to the construction industry. In addition, customer adoption and growth of a particular product are also considered. HomeSphere has experienced significant growth since launching valuable additions to its product. In 2013, the company enrolled a record number of builders and grew its customer base of building product manufacturing brands by 15 percent.

"Today, in the residential construction market, it has really become all about data. Builders are aware of the impact data can have, and are looking for solutions that will provide that data when and where it is needed," says Peggy Smedley, editorial director, Constructech. "As the winning residential Top Products for 2014, we believe these companies have the solutions to meet that demand."

Recent additions to BRI leverage sophisticated data collection and an advanced sales and marketing automation platform to deliver value to the industry and connect the homebuilding universe - including top product manufacturers, builders and service providers - more directly through technology. More than 80 preferred building product manufacturer brands in 23 product categories now use HomeSphere BRI and its industry-first digital marketing services to connect with local and regional builders. In 2013, these builders constructed 14 percent of the total new single-family homes built in the United States.

More details about the 2014 residential Top Products winners are in Constructech's February issue. Winners of the commercial 2014 Top Products will be named in the March/April issue.
