NORTH FOLK, NY, February 26, 2014 (Press-News.org) Top producing real estate agent Sheri Winter Clarry wins again at the 2014 Annual Corcoran Group Awards on the East End. Clarry was presented with the award for the North Fork's Top Producer at the ceremony, held at Southampton Social Club, on Thursday, February 6. She has won the award for the ninth consecutive year, and her success in the industry continues to grow.

Clarry states, "I continue to feel honored to receive this award from The Corcoran Group and am proud to work with them. It still feels like the first time, every time. 2013 was our best year yet, and 2014 is shaping up to be another record-breaking year." As a licensed associate real estate broker with The Corcoran Group, she has demonstrated not only her expertise in her field, but her knowledge of the North Fork as a whole.

Sheri's intrigue with selling real estate, and selling it on Long Island's North Fork, is all thanks to pleasant surprises. Her interest in fine properties blossomed as several investments in New Jersey and New York brought in positive sales returns. While her love of the area stemmed from a romantic getaway her husband planned years ago that led to their own home purchase on the North Fork just three weeks later.

Clarry's keen eye for value, sharp negotiating skills and exceptional market knowledge continually position her as an expert in her industry and among her clients. Through intent listening, careful planning and a thorough education of clients' various options, Clarry helps buyers and sellers of commercial/investment properties, primary and secondary homes maximize their opportunity and experience.
