2014-02-26
ATLANTA, GA, February 26, 2014 (Press-News.org) This month The Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA), a growing and ambitious association for CPAs across Georgia, moved its offices to the Concourse Corporate Center located in Atlanta's Central Perimeter area to continue meeting the needs of the growing organization. The new office is located on the eighth floor of the 32-story Concourse Corporate Center VI in Sandy Springs.

The office features three state-of-the art classrooms, a video wall, two conference rooms and a studio to broadcast seminars, conferences and meetings directly to GSCPA members.

"The new space is fresh, modern and brimming with technology that will allow GSCPA to continue to lead the way in educational offerings both in-person and remotely via webinars and live stream," says Darrell Thaw, chair of The Georgia Society of CPAs.

GSCPA values member involvement at all levels and looks forward to utilizing its in-house technology to enrich the member experience for members across the state. The new office provides ample space for GSCPA to hold conferences, events and continuing professional education courses.

The new office is located directly in the center of where the majority of GSCPA's membership resides. Easily accessed from anywhere in the region, the office is situated just north of I-285 and directly east of GA-400. The property also offers a complimentary shuttle to the nearby Perimeter MARTA train station. GSCPA's 10-year lease took effect Feb. 1, 2014, and the Society looks forward to great success in the area.

GSCPA CEO Boyd Search believes that "at the end of the day, it's about effectively bringing members together whether they're physically in GSCPA's office or anywhere else in the state."
