SAN DIEGO, CA, November 13, 2010 (Press-News.org) In an interview with Construction Digital, Joe Cestari, President of Total Facility Solutions reveals the successful components of his company.
From a safety and a quality standpoint, those two components are very important to Total Facility Solutions in their efforts for continuous improvement. "We spend a lot of time on safety training, on safety culture, on everything and anything related to safety," says Cestari in the article. "That's a critical piece of our business because we are working in extremely hazardous, complex environments typically and [safety is] very important."
From a new initiatives standpoint, the Company kicked off a formal strategic planning process about six months ago where they're looking at both bottoms up goals and strategies as well as super ordinate goals from a market growth technology leadership personnel development. "We really are striving to not only have a completely different services offering than the typical offering in the marketplace," explains Cestari. "But also looking at new performance techniques, whether it's in design or execution. We're really trying to shape up all those areas and come up with some new ideas." Read the full article
