Isabelle C.H. Esser Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Research and Development

PARIS, February 28, 2014 (Press-News.org) Isabelle C.H. Esser, Senior Vice President of Research, Development, and Foods for Unilever, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in research and development.

Dr. Esser has 21 years of professional experience, with three years as a senior vice president of research, development, and foods for Unilever. Over the years, she has established herself as an expert in consumer awareness. In the course of her duties, she is responsible for overseeing research and development, as well as handling strategic planning and managing the technical centers. Unilever is a manufacturing company that provides consumer goods including food, personal and home care products.

Looking back, Dr. Esser attributes her success to her curiosity, as well as her belief in people and the support she received from her family. She became involved in her profession because she has a background in engineering. She joined Unilever as a scientist in 1992, and she quickly worked her way up the ranks.

Dr. Esser received a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham in 1991, and a degree in engineering from Louvain La' Neuve in 1987. She is a member of her local chamber of commerce, as well as the Research Institute for Fragrance Materials. In years to come, Dr. Esser will continue to work hard to make a difference within her company. She would like to become the senior vice president of one of the branches of Unilever.
