Brand Tango Wins at GNEX 2014 Conference

Sirenis Premium Travelers Club Digital Member Kit Named Best New Technology

2014-03-09
ORLANDO, FL, March 09, 2014 (Press-News.org) The 2014 awards season is off to a strong start for Brand Tango, a Deerfield Beach, Fla-based marketing, technology and design firm. Their technology suite for Sirenis Premium Travelers Club, which includes a mobile and tablet application that allows members to manage their ownership and view content on each resort, was named Best Technology at the GNEX 2014 conference held in Sarasota, Fla., last week. All nine of their nominations for the American Resort Development Association's ARDY awards have earned finalist nods. And, according to Joe Russoniello, president, the company's submissions in South Florida's local ADDY competition have bright prospects.

"The Best Technology award confirms why so many developers wanted to meet with us during the conference," he says. "Our technology provides a host of new capabilities and benefits to vacation club operators while increasing member satisfaction and reducing rescissions. Today's buyers want their memberships to be easy and enjoyable to access and manage. These smartphone and tablet applications deliver real-time reservations, maintenance fee payments and a host of other member service capabilities by linking big data to the devices they already use and own."

During GNEX 2014, Brand Tango demonstrated the technology suite, which includes tablet and smartphone-based applications. For Sirenis' digital member kit, the technology creates an immersive member experience through 1080p HD video, live chat, touch-screen functionality and an intuitive user interface.

"What we have done is completely re-envision the member experience," Russoniello says. "The website, tablet app and mobile app all work together, creating a seamless brand and servicing experience across all channels." With Brand Tango's proprietary customer relations management software, Tango CRM, transactions occur in real time and are instantly recognized across all platforms.

At Sirenis sales centers, representatives make their presentation using iPads, electronically sign all required documents on the device, and then present new Premium Travelers Club's Platinum- and Gold-level members with customized iPads to take home. All members have access to the Sirenis-branded mobile app for iPad, iPhone and Android devices. The final piece of the electronic member kit is enhanced website functionality, which creates a more immersive experience than a traditional printed kit.

Brand Tango is a comprehensive marketing, design, and technology company with clients in hospitality, real estate, recreation, employment, health care, consumer products and services, and financial services. Relying on their decades of combined expertise, its principals and staff help clients find solutions that deliver measurable results.

To schedule a demonstration of Brand Tango's technology suite during the April ARDA convention or any other time, call (954) 295-7879.
