TELES strengthens ties with Vanrise Solutions

Vanrise Solutions to become regional next generation network service provider for TELES

BERLIN, GERMANY, August 27, 2010 (Press-News.org) Vanrise Solutions, the leading Lebanese provider of telecom voice segment solutions, has expanded its partnership with TELES, the German next generation network and access gateway vendor, to provide dedicated C4 NGN support in the Middle Eastern region.

In July 2010, Vanrise Solutions successfully completed the rigorous TELES Certification Workshop for Next Generation Networks Solutions, entitling them to provide dedicated full customer service and support in the region for these products.

Vanrise's Managing Director, Khalil Yehia, is now contented that they can provide TELES customers in the region with superior C4 NGN support, "To Vanrise, representing TELES translates to more efficient support for our clients, more rounded solutions, easier communication, and better presence in the region. Starting July, in addition to its powerful T.One Billing and Routing Solutions, Vanrise will be providing bundled solutions with TELES C4 switches that will be characterized by flexible pricing schemes and beneficial SLA terms."
