Parichay Sets Emotions Ablaze with his New Single Titled Tujhse Judaa

The song that has revolutionized urban bollywood music

2014-03-10
TORONTO, ON, March 10, 2014 (Press-News.org) After releasing a highly successful sophomore album titled 'All New Everything', singing the Bollywood blockbuster song 'O Meri Chandni' with Sunidhi Chauhan, the single 'She's A Playa', which was applauded by the likes of Sonu Nigam and a hit remix of the track 'Punjabi Wedding Song' from the film 'Hasee Toh Phasee' Parichay is all set to release his single 'Tujhse Judaa' from his forthcoming album, '4 Steps Forward'

'Tujhse Judaa', which translates to 'Separated from You', as its name suggests, is an extremely high-energy emotional track with deep lyrics and a heart-touching melody. Parichay, known for his amazing voice, can be heard singing his heart out on the song. Although composed, produced, sung and co-written by the man himself, Parichay has collaborated with fellow songwriter Pradyot Salunke, who has co-written other hit songs such as Tu Hi Zindagi and Kasam Se. The song is based on a true story, to which Parichay explained "This song is based on the story of a very close friend's relationship with his girlfriend. She discovered she was very sick and instead of communicating this to him, just left him in the cold one fine day to give him the shock of his life, after having had an almost-perfect relationship. This is one thing I don't get. In relationships, communication & trust are key and when I hear such stories I feel F##k Relationships. I thought it was an interesting subject to write a song on, so I did and depicted that story in the music video. The overall sound is something new I've brought to Hindi pop music, which is a blend of Southern Hip Hop, Rock and of course Desi Urban". The music video was shot in London, UK & Toronto, Canada. Co-directed by Parichay, he has brought in ace directors Krash (UK) and AM Kreative (Toronto) to work on this project that has an emotion-clad storyline.

Currently in Mumbai, working on several Bollywood as well as Indie projects, Parichay has revealed that his next single is a collaboration with Multi-Platinum composer, Rochak Kohli, known for the hits 'Paani Da Rang' & 'Sadi Gali', which have over 100 Million hits on YouTube. Parichay is singing in Punjabi in the song titled 'Jaan Ke' and the project is spearheaded by Rajesh Banga, Head of Eros International. The music video will be shot in Georgia & Moscow, Russia and the release date is to be announced shortly. Regarding the title of his forthcoming album '4 Steps Forward', Parichay stated, "When I decided to leave Three Records and walk away, some people felt it would set me back a lot. In reality, it did not. I just had to take some time off to regroup myself, spend quality time in the studio, surround myself with the right people and well-wishers. I did that and have come back stronger than ever. Now, I have the freedom to produce, write, sing and perform the way I want to. I have an amazing management / creative / artist team and the music we are about to put out as a crew will change the game. Period. Sometimes in life you have to take 2 steps back to go 4 steps forward and that's where the album title comes from"

With over twelve years of contributing to the Urban Bollywood music scene as one of the major producers of Desi Urban music in Canada, Parichay continues to constantly reinvent himself and create music that appeals to people across the globe. His unique sound combines Hindi Classical and Pop music with mainstream Hip Hop, RnB, Reggae, House and Dancehall. He has had several immensely successful albums such as 'No Boundaries' and 'All New Everything' with chart topping songs that have appealed to his fans around the world.

Having over 200,000 dedicated fans on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube and his growing popularity amongst South-Asian youth around the world, there is no doubt that Parichay is only just getting started and his best is yet to come. With his fourth studio album in the works and several Bollywood film music projects on lock as a music producer and singer, his future simply appears to shine bright like a diamond!
