Frances Boreland has Authored 15 Research Publications

BROKEN HILL, NEW SOUTH WALES, AUSTRALIA, March 13, 2014 (Press-News.org) Frances Boreland, Research Fellow, Ph.D. Candidate Broken Hill University Department of Rural Health for The University of Sydney, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in population health.

Ms. Boreland has four years of experience as a research fellow and Ph.D. candidate for the Broken Hill University Department of Rural Health at The University of Sydney. Over the years, she has become an expert in population health, conducting health-related research on a daily basis.

Looking back, Ms. Boreland attributes her success to her mentors, being in the right place at the right time, and hard work and enthusiasm. She became involved in her field because she wanted to do research, and was interested in the health issues in the local community. She considers the highlight of her career to be the release of her first international publication, though she was also honored when the work was later cited.

Ms. Boreland received a master's degree in public health from the University of Sydney in 2008. In years to come, she aspires to complete her Ph.D. studies.
