PowerStone Property Management Starts 2014 By Adding Seven New Accounts

New master planned community in Mission Viejo helps fuel PowerStone Property Management's success

IRVINE, CA, March 15, 2014 (Press-News.org) PowerStone Property Management Inc. a full service Orange County, California based property management firm, today announced that it has been selected by the Oso Valley Greenbelt Association in Mission Viejo to manage the community's over 2600 homes.

"This is a very significant addition to our client roster and makes for a great start to 2014, says CEO Rene' Decker. "Client retention however has been the primary factor in our growth which requires an incredible staff as well as the confidence our clients have in our ability to help them manage their properties."

In other recent wins this year PowerStone has added Associations in Indian Wells, Laguna Hills, Anaheim Hills, Lake Forest, Newport Beach and Chatsworth. New hires include Mellissa Jacobsen and Brittany Haack, and Jessica Oakes as Association Managers, and Mr. Attila Acs and Christina Mercer join as Community Managers.

Recently the company has moved into new larger space, where it will host one of the largest charity events in the county. PowerStone as part of its 21st anniversary celebration continues its support of the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation (PCRF). PowerStone is hosting a kick-off luncheon and fundraiser on March 21st to raise money for the Foundation in advance of its annual Reaching For The Cure event on Sunday March 30th.
