INDEVCO Group at INDEX14: Customized Hygiene Converting Machinery & Parts

During INDEX14, INDEVCO Group member company, Phoenix Machinery, will meet attendees to discuss customizable hygiene converting machinery and parts at Booth # 4035.

2014-03-16
SAFRA, LEBANON, March 16, 2014 (Press-News.org) During INDEX14, INDEVCO Group member company, Phoenix Machinery, will meet attendees to discuss customizable hygiene converting machinery and parts at Booth # 4035. The Lebanese machine manufacturer will showcase new hygiene converting technologies and CNC parts at the leading nonwovens exhibition to take place from 8 - 11 April 2014 at Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland.

Hygiene converters commonly face the challenge of finding machinery and parts manufacturers that offer high technical expertise, customization, customer-centered solutions, strong after-sale service, consultancy, and cost effectiveness. Chinese suppliers offer high customization and cost effective converting machinery, however, must overcome reliability, quality, language, and technical barriers. European machine manufacturers present high technical expertise and quality, but usually offer less cost-efficiency and little to no customization.

Customized Solutions for Diaper & Feminine Napkin Converting

With experienced technicians dedicated to understanding customer needs, Phoenix Machinery focuses on producing fully customized baby diaper converting machinery, adult incontinence diaper converting machinery, and feminine napkin converting machinery and parts. Phoenix Machinery leverages on 16 years of experience in the hygiene converting industry to provide European quality and technical expertise at more cost-competitive prices.

The Lebanese machinery manufacturer develops new machines that can produce multiple hygiene disposable products simultaneously in line with customer requirements, as well as upgrades old and outdated machinery, available at customer facilities, to produce new hygiene products in-demand.

Hygiene Industry Experience & Consultancy Services

Serving INDEVCO Group's vast array of companies worldwide, Phoenix Machinery accumulated thorough expertise in customization, as well as industry know-how to offer clients reliable consultancy services.

Rabih Osta, Phoenix Machinery General Manager, shares,

"Phoenix Machinery, established in 1998, began operations by manufacturing hygiene converting machinery and parts. Operating in a volatile market, at the time converters in Lebanon were not able to keep up with technological developments, rendering costly machines obsolete before return on investment (ROI). With local consumers affected by European influence and demanding products sold abroad, Phoenix Machinery entered the market by developing machine upgrades to meet customer needs. The machine manufacturer worked on machines available at converter plants and improved them to also produce new product specifications."

Throughout years of experience, Phoenix Machinery realized that customers using European machinery also needed customization, which European suppliers provided little of. In line with this need, Phoenix Machinery ventured into production of full customized converting machinery.

Wide Global Reach

Currently, Phoenix Machinery exports hygiene and tissue converting machinery, parts, and other solutions globally to Congo, Egypt, England, France, Germany, Haiti, Polland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Syria, the United Arab Emirates and the United States. The machine manufacturer's expert team of engineers are quadrilingual (Arabic, English, French, and German) facilitating communications worldwide.
