TAMPA, FL, March 18, 2014 (Press-News.org) On February 27, 2014, Tampa Bay's eNox Media won three prestigious American Advertising Awards. Held annually, the ADDY award ceremony "recognizes the true essence of creative excellence in advertising" and rewards individuals and agencies that exhibit "the highest creative standards" in the advertising industry.
Hosted by the Tampa Bay affiliate of the American Advertising Federation (AAF), the American Advertising Awards are the first step in the world's largest advertising competition. Due to the high scores awarded to their winning projects, eNox Media automatically advances to the 4th District ADDY Gala, held May 2 to 4.
During the competition, the eNox team won a "Best of the Bay" and a Gold ADDY award in the Elements of Advertising category. This award recognizes their branding work on a new logo for SideBern's, part of the legendary Bern's Steak House family. To win a Best of the Bay award, eNox Media beat out all other Gold ADDY winners in that category.
eNox Media also won a Silver ADDY for their outdoor (billboard) designs for the Tampa Theater Winefest - Rebel without a Cork. eNox has been the creative firm behind all of the Tampa Theater Winefest campaigns and creative since 2004, and Creative Director, Malcolm Bowen has also been a volunteer member of the Winefest committee since 2008.
When asked about the awards, Creative Director Malcolm Bowen announced, "We're just extremely fortunate and thankful for the recognition from our peers. We have an incredible team, and we get to work with amazing clients. Collaborating with Chefs Chad, Courtney, the management team; David, Dean, and Brooke on the SideBern's campaign, as well as all the great folks at Tampa Theatre and their Winefest committee, and our other incredible clients has been a privilege. What they do makes it possible for us to do what we do--without our clients' trust in us and partnership through the creative process, award winning work isn't possible. It's thanks to their efforts that such awesome results were achieved."
