PC Smart Bar launches its first digital retail hangout in Deer Park Town Center, a place where computers and connectivity intermingle with overstuffed plush furnishings and WiFi, and where PC Smart Techs work one on one with overloaded customers to get a handle on their digital assets. Ms. York notes PC Smart Bar addresses both ends of the market.
