What is Cha Cha Dance?

Cha Cha dance originated from Cuba. It is a dynamic and energetic dance, and is also a vigorous aerobic dance exercise that is excellent for posture and coordination. Cha Cha is an effective calorie buster as you naturally build strength and increase your fitness level. Hip movement in Cha Cha comes at the end of every step...the knees are slightly bent so that the hips sway a little easier.

What major muscle groups are used in Latinva Cardio Cha Cha?

With Latinva Dance, the movements in Cha Cha start from the lower body, to the core and up to the upper body using our unique style of arm movements and weighted gloves.

• Lower Body: It works the lower body major muscles to include the glutes, quads, hamstrings, inner and outer thighs, calves, and shins.
• Core: It works the core to include the abdominals, back, pelvic girdle, and hip muscles.
• Upper Body: It works the upper body major muscles to include the chest, back, biceps, and triceps.

Latinva Cardio Cha Cha Rhythms is an aerobic exercise that is uniquely choreographed to work all the major muscle groups of your body, with great emphasis on the core. The movements of Cardio Cha Cha Rhythms are weight-bearing aerobics exercise dance steps...they work with your body instead of against it.
