Athletic Revolution Hilliard announces the addition of Speed & Agility Sundays to its repertoire of superior strength and conditioning programs.

COLUMBUS, OH, March 23, 2014 (Press-News.org) Each Speed & Agility Sundays participant will start with the basics and continue up to the more advanced techniques of linear (straight ahead) speed. Our highly-qualified trainers will break down each participant's sprint technique from top to bottom.

For most sports, stopping and starting is even more important than just linear speed. The Speed & Agility Sundays program will teach participants how to decelerate, accelerate, change direction, and dominate their opponents.
