Mr. Pedron possesses more than 15 years of sales experience across a wide range of industries in small to large corporate and retail settings. He has been successful in all roles by utilizing the SPIN methodology and the Capabilities Maturity Model. Over the course of his career, Mr. Pedron has advanced through retail store management to territory management of eight stores. He then moved into the corporate sector, holding roles in account management, business development and sales management. His sales experience ranges from the sale of traditional telephones, mobile phones, phone systems and carriage plans to selling complex IT&T software and hardware solutions.
Mr. Pedron brings his experience and skills to his role as national manager of IT products for Open Platform Systems, a value-added distributor of IT network access equipment for data communications and security technologies. Mr. Pedron's role primarily entails managing the IT business unit, budgeting, and overseeing vendor relations, negotiations and sales. He applies his expertise in relationships and communications, as well as his ability to adapt a conversation to suit an audience.
Certified in Sales Methodologies, Mr. Pedron maintains affiliation with the Australian Computer Society. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding in recognition of his accomplishments. His success is a result of his persistence and desire to prove himself. Looking toward the future, Mr. Pedron intends to obtain an MBA in the next three years and move into a more senior role in the next five years.
