Dr. Stephenson has 30 years of professional experience, with four years as the Founder and Principal of Managerial Decision Making. Over the years, he has come to specialize in the transformation of companies, as well as business development, particularly with regard to creating strategies for growth. Dr. Stephenson is also adept at analyzing and fixing faulty decision making in business. He possesses a keen understanding of how to do business in Asia. On a daily basis, he is responsible for working with clients to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic plans and operationalize superior executive level strategic decisions.

Looking back, Dr. Stephenson attributes his success to his leadership, communication and decision-making skills. His significant value-add exists at the intersection of his skills as an accomplished business leader, a successful long-term sales executive and a social scientist specializing in superior business decisions for management. He became involved in his profession after successfully transforming multiple companies to market and profit leaders and completing his doctoral research into causes of "Poor Decision Making by Top Management Teams." Dr. Stephenson fondly recalls waiting at the airport gate for a flight to Asia with the aim of setting up companies in the main cities armed only with a great idea, a good product and youthful self belief.

Dr. Stephenson received a Doctor of Business Administration from Southern Cross University, as well as an MBA in strategy and marketing from the University of New England. In years to come, he aims to expand his business by delivering valuable transformation strategies to companies wanting to grow. His company will be the preeminent supplier of step change strategies in executive level strategic decision-making improvements.
