NEW YORK, NY, March 28, 2014 (Press-News.org) Create NY Space (CYNS) has announced it will be hosting its Open House and Launch Party on Thursday April 10th, 2014. The opening will be in The Aurora Gallery starting at 6PM. Create NY Space is the first non-traditional co-working space in Astoria for creative entrepreneurs looking for a comfortable environment to both work and meet with clients in.

Ron Rateau, CNYS Co-Founder, stated "The goal for Create NY Space is to provide our members with a platform for their creative ideas to flow without the pressure to buy another muffin." He went on to say, "We encourage all creative thinkers from web developers to writers and everything in between to join us."

Create NY Space offers several go-to amenities including; hi-speed Wi-Fi, beverage bar, comfortable work areas and meeting room. In addition, it boasts several non-traditional offerings such as small business growth strategy classes, monthly networking events and member art shows.

One of the truly distinct attributes of the gallery is the furniture. Every piece of furniture in the space is a one of a kind, genuine antique or vintage item. Each has been chosen for its unique form and realistic function as a work station. Create NY Space owners believe the aesthetic of the space will help to foster creative thoughts.

Create NY Space is located in the heart of Astoria on 37th Street near to the Museum of the Moving Image. The location is easily reached by main transit lines M/R to Steinway St or N/Q to 36th Ave in Queens, minutes from overcrowded Manhattan.
