Robert Wamhoff Named in Barron's 2014 Top Financial Advisor Rankings

ST. LOUIS, MO, March 29, 2014 (Press-News.org) Robert Wamhoff, president of Wamhoff Financial Planning and Accounting Services has been named to the list of Barron's 2014 Top Financial Advisors in the United States. Some factors included in the rankings include assets under management, regulatory record, revenue produced for the firm, philanthropic work, and quality of practice.

Robert Wamhoff is ranked as #16 in Missouri, and is the only St. Charles-based advisor on the list. Wamhoff began the business in 1975 at the young age of 26 with the vision of providing exceptional service, with accounting and financial planning under one roof. Wamhoff is known for the personal care the firm provides clients, and the philosophy of treating clients as friends.

In 2003, he and his wife, Diane, founded Just Because We Care, an organization which serves children in a small mountain community in Honduras. Just Because runs the community's elementary school, providing education and feeding the children five days per week. The organization has also built a vocational school, provides scholarships to send students to high school, and currently has eight students attending college. The Wamhoffs are carrying out their vision, to end the cycle of poverty for this small mountain village, and are seeing that poverty slowly start to loosen its grip.
