Mr. Pedron has more than 15 years of sales experience across a broad range of industries and verticals from retail, small, medium enterprise to large corporate. Utilizing the SPIN methodology and the Capabilities Maturity Model, he has been successful in all roles that he has taken on to date. He has moved through from retail store management to territory management of eight stores before moving into the corporate sector holding roles from account management, business development to sales management. His selling experience ranges from traditional telephony of mobile phones, phone systems and carriage plans to selling complex IT&T software and hardware solutions.
In previous positions, Mr. Pedron gained experience managing IT business units, as well as managing vendor relations, negotiations and a team of seven sales specialists. He is also skilled at providing his sales know-how when teams require information and support. Mr. Pedron specializes in forming relationships and communicating, and he is known for his ability to adapt the conversation to suit the audience. He is a member of The Australian Computer Society. He attributes his success to persistence, not letting the word "no" affect his goals and direction and desire to achieve and improve himself. Mr. Pedron has 15 years of professional experience, and he is currently seeking a new challenge that will require his communications skills.
Mr. Pedron has earned a certificate in sales methodologies. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with the Australian Computer Society. In years to come, Mr. Pedron would like to complete an MBA and attain a senior management role.
