CentricsIT President Derek Odegard Aims to Amplify Data Center Value at AFCOM Data Center World

Seasoned IT entrepreneur to share alternative methods for maximizing value in data center assets

ATLANTA, GA, April 03, 2014 (Press-News.org) CentricsIT President Derek Odegard is slated to speak at AFCOM Data Center World--the premier conference for data center and facilities management professionals. The semi-annual event draws over 3,500 data center management professionals and will take place at the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas from April 28 to May 2. Odegard's presentation, titled "Maximizing Value in Your Data Center Assets," will focus on finding alternative methods for businesses to define and uncover value in the corporate data center.

"There is a huge difference between value and cost savings," explains Odegard. "My goal is to help conference attendees stretch the value of each dollar by implementing alternative resources and processes that actually help your IT assets return on their value. So, even if you still end up exhausting your IT budget, you will feel like you got the absolute most for your money."
