Backed by a Cand.Polit. degree in comparative politics from the University of Bergen, Ms. Sefland has amassed nearly 20 years of experience in project management, business consulting and stakeholder analysis. She discovered a need for supporting business development with stakeholder analysis, which led her to develop online tools. In August 2010, Ms. Sefland founded Vizaqui, an information technology and services company that provides an online analysis tool for stakeholder management, as well as consulting in political and corporate communication, public relations and project management.

A driven and focused executive with an impressive ability to identify key components for successful businesses, Ms. Sefland handles all aspects of startup businesses, including business development, marketing and consulting. She was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding for her accomplishments in her field. Alfa Sefland has received substantial grants from Innovation Norway (Innovasjon Norge) and was also awarded a grant from SR Bank in Norway and the "Fredrikke Quam Prize 2011."
