Gamry Instruments Adds Li Battery Cell Kit to Their Product Line

Gamry Instruments has added the Lithium Battery Materials Electrochemical Cell Kit to their line-up of Electrochemical Instruments and Cell Kits

PHILADEPHIA, PA, April 05, 2014 (Press-News.org) Gamry Instruments, manufacturer of electrochemical instruments, has added the Lithium Battery Materials Electrochemical Cell Kit to their product line of Electrochemical Cell Kits. This electrochemical cell kit has been designed for electrochemical testing of lithium battery materials. The electrodes and holders are designed to hold foils and electrode materials in different configurations. Three different configurations are available. The cell was designed to provide an air-tight seal using the specially tapered Teflon joints. The main purpose of this was to allow for cell assembly inside a glovebox followed by removal for electrochemical testing outside the glovebox.

Gamry will introduce the Lithium Battery Electrochemical Cell Kit at the MRS Spring 2014 Meeting & Exhibit being held at the Moscone West in San Francisco April 21st-April 25th. Gamry will be represented at the exhibit by Chris Beasley and Dominik Moosbauer at Booth #103. In addition to the Li Battery Cell Kit, Gamry will be highlighting their complete line of Potentiostats as well as additional new products including IMPS/IMVS and Battery Holders for 18650s and button cells.
