PARIS, FRANCE, April 7, 2014 (Press-News.org) Gaëlle Ple-Boishardy, Change Management Director of the Group Social and Collaborative Network Project at VINCI, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in change management processes and improvement program design and implementation.

With two decades of practiced experience in her field, Mrs. Ple-Boishardy holds a unique set of qualifications that allow her to excel in her position with VINCI. Just one short year ago, she began in her role as change management director for the group social and collaborative network project. During the course of her daily routine, she interfaces with the IT project team members and develops related programs of change management, training to support digital transformation processes.
She reports to the Group Steering Top Executive Committee of this project.

Prior to joining VINCI, Mrs. Ple-Boishardy held numerous positions as Cegelec, including sourcing improvement program manager, sourcing vice president, quality and methods vice-president and HR vice-president. A brilliant example of excellence in her field, she excels due to a combination of her prior experiences in the industry and her educational background, which includes a bachelor's degree in marketing and finance from ESCP Europe as well as a trans-disciplinary master from Dauphine University, an "original" program aiming at developing listening/understanding/working together abilities of people from truly different horizons and backgrounds (artists, scientist, business people, from all ages). She was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding in recognition for her amazing accomplishments. Looking ahead, Ms. Ple-Boishardy aims for continued growth and success in her current role. She would also like to move into a senior executive position with global responsibilities.
