SCOTTDALE, AZ, April 09, 2014 (Press-News.org) Nick and Javier Montoya, yoga therapists, musician and creators of the Ageless Program, are presenters at the 5th Annual Disability Empowerment Center's
(DEC) Health and Wellness Fair Friday, May 2 and Saturday, May 3, 2014. They will share their new Ageless Movement & Breath from Your Chair program and DVD with the public.
The 2014 Fair will offer multiple education and exhibition opportunities to the general public and healthcare professionals who are in search of answers to the complex questions surrounding chronic illnesses and disabilities. More than 80 exhibitors will be at this two-day fair.
After extensive collaboration with physical and occupational therapists, Nick and Javier developed this powerful newly released DVD by VAYU Productions. It is helping those suffering from ailments that limit movement. People with spinal cord injuries, or those undergoing physical rehabilitation, or those living with pain are now benefiting from the Ageless Movement and Breath from Your Chair DVD.
This new DVD is medically designed to get people moving and breathing, no matter their age, physical ability, ailment or illness. It's an inspiring program that integrates physical therapy, occupational therapy and yoga movement with breath to help patients and the general public gain strength, increase flexibility, reduce stress and manage pain.
"Students of the program have improved their quality of life. They are getting emotionally and physically stronger and are healthier, more flexible and have more energy, all by using simple and natural methods of movement and breath", says Nick Montoya.
"No matter how old, sick or immobile a person is, or the injuries they have sustained everyone needs to breathe and move." Testimonials are mounting from people who have used Ageless Movement and Breath from your Chair.
