MELBOURNE, FLORIDA, April 10, 2014 (Press-News.org) Robert W. Doyle, Operations Director and Executive Board Member of Brevard Veterans Council and Museum, has been recognized by Worldwide Branding for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in military services.
Recognized for nearly four decades of invaluable contributions to the military and law enforcement fields, Mr. Doyle holds a distinct set of qualifications that make him the ideal candidate for his new position. Prior to dedicating 28 years of his career to the Las Vegas Police Department, he served six years of military service in the U.S. Army and two years in the Marine Corps. A retired law enforcement professional, he now continues his contributions to the military industry as the operations director and executive board member of the Brevard Veterans Council and Museum. In the course of his duties, he is responsible for intervening and coordinating on internal agency matters, handling day-to-day operations for events for veterans and other agencies, renting out the hall to other groups, overseeing volunteers and community service individuals at the facility, and providing assistance on numerous matters throughout the agency.
Distinguished for his expertise in multitasking, coordination and instruction, he contributes articles to the American Legion News League and speaks regularly to outside agencies on the topic of veteran issues. He is also a Deputy Director for the Florida Veterans Foundation out of Tallahassee, Florida.
Understanding the importance of a strong educational foundation, Mr. Doyle has received numerous military and law enforcement certifications over the course of his extensive career. In addition, he is a certified crowd control manager and is certified to train police and military personnel on fire arms and tactical instruction. The recipient of various national awards in competitive shooting, he is the Commander of American Legion Post 344 in Florida and the senior vice commandant of the Brevard County Marine Corps League and maintains professional affiliations with The Marine Corps Heritage Foundation. Mr. Doyle became involved in his profession because of his military and law enforcement background. He attributes his success to his military training, work ethic and discipline. When he is away from his duties, he makes contributions to charity organizations for homeless veterans, and he enjoys competitive shooting and Indian crafts. In the near future, Mr. Doyle hopes to advance his position with the Brevard Veterans Council and he intends to continue expanding the council's programs and services.
Brevard Veterans Council and Museum provides a forum for discussion of affairs of primary concern to the veterans of Brevard County. For additional information, please visit http://www.veteransmemorialcenter.org.
