"But because of its sheer size, there is inherent sustainability that is tied to the urban infrastructure. While it will not achieve net zero emissions, the Tower is being architecturally built with a lower carbon footprint infused with state-of-the art technology for an enhanced user experience. In spite of its height, this high-rise will mimic the feel of an urban neighborhood or what is referred to as a stacked vertical community."
