Mr. Chibale has eight years of professional experience, with three years as a human resources consultant of Engineered for Success. On a daily basis, he is responsible for helping clients draft, submit and obtain approval of enterprise bargaining agreements for use as terms and conditions of employment. He also provides workforce planning and remuneration advice on strategic people issues to directors and senior managers. As part of his efforts with Engineered For Success, Mr. Chibale wrote two books, "Engineered For Success" and "Who Cares? I Will Do It Anyway."
Looking back, Mr. Chibale attributes his success to his intelligence, personality, and ability to reach his full potential. He became involved in his profession because he loves working with and helping people. He wanted to work in an industry where he could help people develop their potential and become successful.
Mr. Chibale received an Executive MBA from The University of Notre Dame Australia in 2010 and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Notre Dame Australia in 2004. He also holds a diploma in hotel management and a diploma in French from the Hotel & Tourism Training Institute. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with his local chamber of commerce, the Australian Institute of Management and AHRI. In 2013, Mr. Chibale was presented with a Champions Award in Literature & Leadership through the Celebration of African Australian National Awards in 2013, a WA Golden Service Award in 2005, and an Excellence in Office Presentation Award in 2003. In years to come, Mr. Chibale aims to expand his company and clientele so that he can consult with large, big-name companies.
