This distinction highlights executives and entrepreneurs 39 years of age or younger who, per the nomination criteria, "have a proven track record in both business and community involvement." 2014 marks the third straight year that Bell Nunnally attorneys have been selected to the "40 Under 40" list, with Gause being preceded by R. Heath Cheek (2013) and Christopher B. Trowbridge (2012).
