Stephanie Gause Named to Dallas Business Journal's "40 Under 40" List

Selection is Third Straight for Firm

DALLAS, TX, April 16, 2014 (Press-News.org) Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP (www.bellnunnally.com) Partner Stephanie K. Gause has been selected by the Dallas Business Journal for inclusion on its "40 Under 40" list for 2014. This distinction highlights executives and entrepreneurs 39 years of age or younger who, per the nomination criteria, "have a proven track record in both business and community involvement." 2014 marks the third straight year that Bell Nunnally attorneys have been selected to the "40 Under 40" list, with Gause being preceded by R. Heath Cheek (2013) and Christopher B. Trowbridge (2012).

Gause is a member of the firm's Commercial Finance, Corporate and Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate practice areas. She counsels clients in a variety of real estate and corporate transactions, including: the acquisition and sale of real property; office and retail leasing matters; stock and asset purchase agreements; commercial lending and real estate finance matters; construction contracts; corporate formation documents; and general commercial contracts.

Active in the community, Gause has been a member of the board of directors for the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (DAYL) since 2011 and is currently the organization's vice president and chair of the DAYL Foundation. She also sits on the board of directors for the Lee Park & Arlington Hall Conservancy and serves on the Steering Committee for the Dallas Museum of Art Junior Associates Circle. Notably, in 2013 Gause was named one of Lee Park's "Members of the Year."

Recognized by her peers in the legal community, Gause has been featured in Texas Monthly as part of the "Texas Rising Stars" feature since 2013.

Gause is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 2006) and the University of Texas at Austin (B.B.A., 2003).

Gause, along with the entire roster of the Dallas Business Journal's "40 Under 40" selectees, will be featured in the May 30 print edition of the publication and honored on May 29 at a cocktail reception at Community Beer Company in Dallas.
