ST. LOUIS, MO, April 17, 2014 (Press-News.org) Katie's Pizza & Pasta Osteria is hosting a Civil Life Brewing Company Tap Takeover event Wed., April 23rd from 4 p.m. to midnight at their location at 9568 Manchester Road in Rock Hill.
Civil Life Brewing Company (CLBC) will have 10 different beers on tap, including special reserve beers on tap that are not available elsewhere. CLBC will also be handing out t-shirts, glasses, and other fun promotional items for attendees. The patio will be open for this event, complete with heaters and blankets.
Guests have the option to attend the 5-course dinner event. Each course will be paired with select beers from CLBC. The cost of the event is $55 per person. Reservations are not necessary for guests who simply want to enjoy local beer from Civil Life and dine from the regular menu.
Since it opened its doors in November 2013, Katie's Pizza & Pasta Osteria has been serving the Great St. Louis region with exquisite Italian meals made with the finest and freshest ingredients. Each dish is created with a comprehensive understanding in how to mix the perfect flavors to give each guest the right Italian flare in each and every dish.
Nearly everything is made in-house at Katie's Pizza & Pasta Osteria including all of the dough, sauces, and dressings. The restaurant uses artisanal cheeses, cured Italian meats, and seasonal produce, and they also offer gluten free and vegan options.
The restaurant prides itself on its artistic, Italian ambiance. Guests are treated to films that play on a projector screen and can enjoy the restaurant's the restaurant's newly opened patio.
Katie's Pizza & Pasta Osteria is open every day from 11 a.m. to midnight and features Happy Hour specials from 4 to 6 p.m. Carry-outs are also available.
