ORLANDO, FL, April 19, 2014 (Press-News.org) Throughout 2014, Capital Resorts Group will be launching the new Distinct Differences initiative at select Capital Resorts destinations. This program introduces luxurious upgrades to a variety of resort amenities, including bedding, linens, toiletries, technology and coffee to provide an outstanding experience for guests.
Since the initial debut of the Distinct Differences program, owner and guest feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. "We are focusing on the most important items to our owners, which we have discovered through extensive research and feedback. It's extremely important to our team that we deliver an exceptional vacation experience by executing Distinct Differences as a Capital Resorts brand standard," says David DeShaw, Chief Hospitality Officer at Capital Resorts.
The first category of the Distinct Differences program is Distinct Rest, which is defined by the new bedding collection. The bedding will include triple-sheeting standards, gel pillows and plush duvets with duvet covers to provide a high level of comfort and encourage guests to enjoy a good night's rest while vacationing with Capital Resorts.
The program will also include Distinct Refresh, made up of a deluxe collection of Italian bathroom amenities in a light and fruity coco mango scent. These toiletries will be accompanied by soft, luxury towels and high-pressure shower heads to provide an opulent experience for guests.
The Distinct Recharge category will be defined by a specialty blend of South American coffees that is exclusively roasted for Capital Resorts. This flavorful blend has a unique heritage which will be featured as part of the coffee display to share details about the coffee's origin with guests.
Finally, Distinct Relax will be defined by the modern technology featured in each suite, including Smart TVs that utilize the latest apps and a Bluetooth-compatible sound system to provide guests with an exemplary entertainment experience.
Capital Resorts will continue to expand the Distinct Differences program throughout the year with the purpose of providing an enhanced, one-of-a-kind experience for all owners and guests.
