Ms. Parrot has spent nearly a quarter of a century building on a growing skill set and nurturing the knowledge and experience needed to serve as a leader in her field. Specializing in group facilitation, Ms. Parrot is in charge of organizing workshops, facilitating value analysis for public and private clients, and carrying out management training initiatives for Martin Parrot Inc., a value engineering company that provides value engineering products and services for manufacturing and construction companies.

Ms. Parrot has done public speaking for the past 20 years on topics such as product optimization, and creation of new services. She attributes her success to her honesty, integrity, skills and drive. She became involved in her profession because of a natural evolution of events in her professional career. The most gratifying aspect of her career has been helping organizations become more competitive with better products, processes and services.

Ms. Parrot received a Bachelor of Science in engineering from École Polytechnique de Montreal, where she also earned a master's degree in engineering. She is a Certified Value Specialist, a member of SAVE International, and the former president and vice president of communications for SCAV-CSVA. She earned an Honor Certificate for Exceptional Service from the Canadian Society of Value Analysis, and she was also honored for rendering Exceptional Service by the Society of American Value Engineers In the years to come, Ms. Parrot hopes for the continued growth and sustainability of her business and staff.
