The topic of the presentation is "RIM Fundamentals - Advanced Best Practice RIM Program Development and Implementation" and is available to both members and non-members.The 2 hour presentation will present advanced techniques in development, implementation, and maintenance for the experienced manager looking to improve their existing program. It will also cover the topic of digital migration and will assist records managers with how they can pursue the possibility of a paperless office. Participants will receive guidance on ways to gain support, forecasting potential objections and the next steps in presenting a plan to upper management.
