SAFETY HARBOR, FL, April 27, 2014 (Press-News.org) The West Florida Vein Center is launching a completely re-designed website. The new site, while providing visitors with a very smooth navigability, now also features a blog to which users can subscribe. Prospective patients can get started on paperwork downloadable directly from the site, and new and current patients can request an appointment with a quick and easy form located right on the homepage. The site also provides information on the most common vein diseases, describing causes, treatment, and prevention. Visitors will also find a schedule posted for free seminars put-on by the Center.
Approximately 60% of all Americans suffer from a vein disorder such as spider veins or varicose veins. It's more common than you think, and treatment is readily available and affordable. West Florida Vein Center specializes in treating vein disease in an out-patient setting, at your convenience, using state-of-the-art non-surgical techniques. Patients are typically able to return to work the very next day. And you'll be pleased with your results. Check out the new gallery of before and after photos and see for yourself!
West Florida Vein Center is directed by Dr. Mark Zuzga, a native of Michigan and member of the International Society of Endovascular Specialists. He received his bachelor's degree at Oakland University and his medical degree from Michigan State University and has since co-authored many publications and studies on vascular disease. During an interventional endovascular fellowship at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, he was trained in state-of-the-art techniques for vascular disease including carotid artery stenting, stenting for the treatment of aortic aneurysms, and angioplasty of peripheral arteries. With these methods in use today, patients experience less pain and shorter recovery periods. And with today's insurance possibilities, coverage for these procedures is often available as well. No one needs to suffer from untreated vein disease anymore.
West Florida Vein Center is a division of Surgical Associates of West Florida, a group of eleven board-certified surgeons who specialize in general, vascular, thoracic, colorectal, and breast surgery as well as surgical oncology. If you are looking for a Tampa vein specialist, look no further than West Florida Vein Center, featuring two locations in the Tampa Bay area for your convenience. Read our testimonials online and see what our happy patients have to say about us. You'll look and feel your best. You'll love your legs again!
Once again, we invite you to visit the new and improved West Florida Vein Center website. From there, remember to subscribe to our blog for the latest news in keeping healthy, and even request an appointment if you like. Our friendly and knowledgable staff look forward to seeing you!
