Mr. Rudolphi has 28 years of professional experience, having recently become involved in international sales for Austin Hughes. Throughout his career, Mr. Rudolphi has gained an extensive skill set that includes business development, consultancy, sales, marketing, territory management, change management, turn-arounds and communications. On a daily basis, he is responsible for evaluating markets, competitor activities and prospective customer demand. Furthermore, he studies the market carefully to identify opportunities to increase sales. He also builds and manages strategic and/or international partnerships with customers and business partners while working effectively with stakeholders in diverse cultures. Recognizing the value of flexibility in his line of work, Mr. Rudolphi is adept at doing things differently, as differentiation is becoming more and more important in an extremely competitive environment.

Looking back over his successful career, Mr. Rudolphi attributes his success to "staying tuned" and his hard work. Mr. Rudolphi received an international degree in business informatics from b.i.b. International College. Throughout his career, he has received various peak performance awards and was recognized for exceptional performance and outstanding leadership skills. In years to come, Mr. Rudolphi intends to move on in his job in the same industry or take a similar role in a different industry.
