13 Homes Sold in Four Weeks at Two Brookfield North County Neighborhoods

13 single-family detached homes sold at Brookfield's Carlsbad and San Marcos neighborhoods.

2010-11-20
SAN DIEGO, CA, November 20, 2010 (Press-News.org) In the past four weeks, shoppers have moved quickly to purchase homes at Brookfield's Carlsbad and San Marcos neighborhoods, resulting in 13 sales for the San Diego homebuilder.

"Our limited time adjustment in pricing has given shoppers the opportunity for new homeownership at unfathomable rates," said Lora Heramb, vice president of sales and marketing.

Brookfield has sold 13 single-family detached homes in its North County neighborhoods including six homes at Rockrose at The Foothills in Carlsbad, and seven homes at Mahogany at Old Creek Ranch in San Marcos. The builder has additional homes ready for move-in at Serenity at The Estates at StoneBridge.

After seven recent home sales, Mahogany at Old Creek Ranch will continue to offer up to $20,000 in incentives and a new low tax rate of 1.17 percent, for a limited time. Located in the hills of San Marcos just east of Carlsbad, Mahogany's one- and two-story homes range from 2,410 to 3,875 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Prices now range from the high $500,000s. For more information, call 888-559-7734 or visit the sales office at 1756 Burbury Way, San Marcos.

With six recent home sales and continued interest, only two homes with reduced pricing remain at Rockrose at The Foothills. The coastal-close community is now offering up to $10,000 in incentives, and a new low tax rate of 1.21 percent. Among the specially priced homes is homesite #133, which has been reduced from $629,900 to $596,900. This popular floor plan is 3,036 square feet, includes a bonus room, and is steps from the Foothills Swim Club.

Known statewide for its cutting edge energy and water saving features, homeowners at Rockrose can enjoy savings of more than $1,000 per year on electricity costs thanks to multiple eco-savvy products and systems. Ranging from 2,116 to 3,167 square feet with three to four bedrooms, Rockrose is now priced from the high $500,000s. For more information, visit the sales office at 3538 Glen Ave. in Carlsbad or call 888-284-8861.

Select homes remain for sale at Serenity at The Estates at StoneBridge, with limited-time incentives up to $50,000. These luxury homes feature five-bedrooms and range from 4,040 to 4,759 square feet. Located in Scripps Ranch within the Poway Unified School District, homes at Serenity are priced from the mid $800,000s. For more information, call 888-572-5861 or visit the sales information center at 14426 Old Creek Road, San Diego.
