DUBAI, UAE November 25, 2010 (Press-News.org) Al Shafar General Contracting (ASGC) announced today the completion of its premium residential tower in Dubailand. The total cost of the project is valued at AED 200 million.
Making the announcement during The Big 5, Mr Emad Azmy, President, ASGC, said, "It is a very special day for us as we unveil this exceptional project. It is by all means a top-of-the-line development offering the ultimate facilities."
With a total built up area of 27,501 square meters, Dubailand Tower sets a benchmark of quality while providing a beautiful lifestyle. The finest material and equipment have been used to ensure a flawless finish.

The location of the tower is as outstanding and stimulating as its impeccable and sleek composition. Enjoying easy access from Emirates Road, Dubailand Tower overlooks the prestigious Villa project also under ASGC (now in its second phase of development with 80% of the villas already been handed over). Merely 10 minutes away from the Dubailand Tower is Zayed University and five minutes drive is Dubai Outlet Mall on Al Ain Road.

Mr Azmy said, "It is one of the most desirable places to live and is designed to offer the best in terms of location, concept, entertainment and architecture. We have looked into the minutest details to ensure the accuracy of the project."
The building comprises 16 floors in addition to the ground floor and two basements. It boasts 132 apartments ranging from 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Those who seek greater comfort and bigger space have a choice of six ultra luxurious penthouses located on the 15th and 16th floors.

Mr Azmy said, "The appeal of the Dubailand Tower is much more than simply having a luxury residence in a great location. Bright and airy apartments, impressive lobby, two double shift retail outlets by the entrance, state-of-the-art male and female gymnasiums, splendid roof-top swimming pool with Jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms and a well-appointed pool deck are just some of the features making living at Dubailand Tower a great experience."
To top it all, the building is a perfect blend of comfort and technology with a broad selection of high-tech features including CCTV network and Access Control. There is ample parking available for residents and visitors with 213 parking spaces.

With its upscale interiors and top-notch facilities, Dubailand Tower not only reflects ASGC's superior standards but makes a strong statement about Dubailand's high quality development.
ASGC caps a series of widely acclaimed projects across the Middle East and Africa. Talking about the prospects of the industry, Mr Azmy said, "Our business remains steady as the market begins to show signs of stability. Completion of all our projects is a major priority.
