Bencardino Excavating Continues Work on Philadelphia's Parx Casino and Racetrack

Buxmont Excavating Company Handles Excavation Project for NYC Contractor and Philadelphia Casino

BENSALEM, PA, November 25, 2010 (Press-News.org) Bencardino Excavating was brought on by IBEX Construction of New York City to handle the second and third expansion phases at Parx Casino, a 260,000 square foot, state-of-the-art casino and racetrack, located in Bensalem, Pa.

Earlier this year, the Bucks County excavating company was awarded a contract to complete work at the Casino and has been retained to perform a variety of excavation and paving projects throughout each phase of the Parx expansion. Bencardino Excavating is in charge of the sign package for light-up signs around the campus and will also handle all curbs and blacktop installation and repair. In addition, the excavators will handle all utility relocation for the 80,000 square foot addition, approximately 3,500 feet of water line, and excavation work for a new underground utility tunnel. The excavation project is being managed by project manager Steve Borusiewicz and foreman John Johnson.
