She offers guidelines for how to reprogram movement into our lives, proposing a number of practical solutions to improve fitness that also sound like a lot of fun: walking meetings, exercise balls, and pedestrian parks and walkways outside of schools and workplaces. She has also been appointed to the board of Partnership for a Healthier America, the non-profit guiding first Lady, Michelle Obama's Let's Move Campaign.
