Beach Nuts Theater Co. & Amigos de la Educacion present Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs @ The Tamarindo Diria Resort in Playa Tamarindo, Costa Rica. The performance features local performers and artists from Guanacaste: Playa Tamarindo, Playa Flamingo, Playa Conchal, Portrero and more. Children of all ages are involved this year; there is a part for everyone!This past May, 2010 The Beach Nuts Theatre Company and Amigos De Le Education put on the play, Peter Pan, from May 13th - 15th at the Diria Amphitheatre. It was an extremely professional presentation. Directed by Paul Belanger, who is a noted actor and director from Canada, Peter Pan starred 28 actors who worked for two months to perform the J.M. Barrie play.
The costumes are designed by Kata from Papaya con Leche which will no doubt be amazing. Set design has been a collaboration of various local artists, such as Lydia Beech. Both designer and artist were involved with the Peter Pan production.
With the success of the Peter Pan production there is quite a buzz around town. Everyone eagerly awaits Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs!
