Amadeus Consulting Rescues Citrus Soup's LemonAide Family Manager with Custom Software Development

After Citrus Soup's first two software application developers had failed to produce a marketable product, Citrus Soup approached Amadeus Consulting, an application development company to help the company take the LemonAide Family Manager to market.

2010-12-05
BOULDER, CO, December 05, 2010 (Press-News.org) Citrus Soup is celebrating a successful .NET software development engagement with Amadeus Consulting, a custom software development company based in Colorado, after engaging with two previous companies that were unable to create working software.

Citrus Soup sought out Amadeus Consulting after having had two previously unsuccessful custom software development experiences. Both development teams failed to produce a marketable product on time and within budget. Citrus Soup came to Amadeus Consulting to help take its first product offering, LemonAide Family Manager, to market by assessing and fixing code problems, as well as adding functionality through further feature and user interface enhancements.

Specifically, Amadeus Consulting's custom application developers were charged with taking an over-developed code base, and reorganizing the structure to create a light-weight Outlook Plug-in. Additionally, Citrus Soup wanted further functionality and improved user interface for the custom application.

Immediately, Lisa Campbell and Citrus Soup were impressed with Amadeus Consulting's custom software development team's quick grasp of the initial code and its requirements, the ability to communicate and translate technical issues into meaningful business solutions, and the deft attention to detail.

Using the team's extensive knowledge of VB.NET development, as well as 3rd party Outlook integration experience, Amadeus Consulting created a small-scale database backend. LemonAide Family Manager is Citrus Soup's flagship product. As a Microsoft Outlook plug-in, LemonAide Family Manager is designed to support families of divorce looking to integrate their schedules through a 3rd Party tool; allowing them ease of collaboration and mitigating the problems that can arise through the difficult divorce process and beyond. LemonAide Family Manager establishes specific party roles, incorporates visitation plans, keeps track of school and non-school events, and provides functions for financial, medical, and personal journals and reporting.

On working with Amadeus Consulting, Lisa Campbell of Citrus Soup said, "How do you spell relief? AMADEUS."

Amadeus Consulting's team took a software development application that was in jeopardy, and stabilized and completed the project, adding significantly improved user-interface solutions, while remaining ahead of schedule and under budget. LemonAide Family Manager is projected for deployment in early January 2011.
