Fashion, Art Gallery and Christmas Unity has all the Makings for a Great Toy Drive

HOUSTON HABITAT FOR HUMANITY AND THE HOUSTON GLBT COMMUNITY CENTER IS BEING HONORED WITH A TOY DRIVE IN THE NAME OF UNITY AND FRIENDSHIP BY, THE GALLERY AT RIVER OAKS AND NEGRIS LEBRUM CLOTHING CO.

HOUSTON, TX, December 13, 2010 (Press-News.org) Negris LeBrum Clothing Co., a Houston based company and The Gallery at River Oaks will host a Toy Drive benefiting the families for Houston Habitat for Humanity and the Houston GLBT Community Center on December 17th at 2019 West Gray in Houston TX.

A representative of Negris LeBrum, Travis Hamilton stated, "We are honored to co host a toy drive for these organizations; the toy drive will benefit the families for both organizations in the Houston area. It's a great feeling when individuals or groups can work together in helping their fellow man. Our Toy Drive goal is to make sure that all families receive toys and to make each child smile on Christmas Day." The city of Houston is encourage to come out and support this wonderful cause.

Negris LeBrum Clothing Co. created the Unity & Friendship campaign in January, 2010. The company later received the Congressional Proclamation of Recognition from Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, 18th Congressional District in Houston, TX on February 27th, proclaiming this day as national Unity & Friendship Day. Currently Governors Bobby Jindal of Louisiana, David Paterson of New York, State Senator Rod Wright of California and Texas State Senator Rodney Ellis have all endorsed the campaign by proclaiming February 27th, 2011 as a day of unity and friendship.

THE CAMPAIGN IS DESIGNED TO CONNECT ALL PEOPLE, IDEAS, VIEWS AND RELIGIOUS BELIEFS TOGETHER FOR ONE PURPOSE: UNITY.

In recognition of the campaign, Negris LeBrum Clothing Co. developed a custom bracelet that serves as the symbol of unity. The Unity & Friendship ambassador, will direct the Unity and Friendship bracelet exchange amongst the guest.
