2010-12-13
MINNEAPOLIS, MN, December 13, 2010 (Press-News.org) High Point Education, LLC, a six-year-running real estate investment company, announced today the launch of the High Point Education website.

High Point Education offers a variety of resources for real estate investors, including coaching, seminars, webinars, classes, boot camps and more.

About High Point Education, LLC

Dedicated to helping all people experience the powerful benefits of real estate, the staff at High Point Education uses their knowledge, experience and expertise to competently and ethically guide investors through the sometimes thorny and complicated real estate investment process.

Founded in 2004, High Point Group initially started as a full-service company for real estate investors, and had under their umbrella a construction company, a real estate company, a property management and bookkeeping company. While High Point Group effectively served investors on a one-off transactional basis with this model, it turned out that customers really wanted to learn and understand the "ins and outs" of the investment process to be able to invest independently and sustainably over the long-term. In an ongoing commitment to meet the demands of customers, High Point Group redirected its focus towards education and concentrated on teaching our investor students to "fish for themselves".

High Point Education has taken all the specialized knowledge acquired through facilitating hundreds of real estate transactions, as well as the invaluable experience acquired through operating businesses in fields directly related to real estate investing, and poured it into their unique, comprehensive coaching programs, workshops, and online material.

About Mike Mangan, CEO

Mike Mangan is the Founder and President of High Point Education Services LLC, an enterprise development company operating successfully for six years.

Mangan served for four years as a United States Marine, where he honed a strong work ethic and internalized lifelong lessons of discipline and perseverance which he continues to apply to his business practices. While a Marine, Mangan used his spare time to read and educate himself on all things business. He went on to the University of Minnesota where he studied English literature and biology, and then moved on to chiropractic school. While still a full-time student, Mangan juggled school, family and work responsibilities as he simultaneously founded and grew his first company Chiroscreen.

Subsequently Mangan founded several more successful companies including Health Net of Minnesota, WeCare Minnesota, High Point Property Management, High Point Realty and High Point Construction. After selling this first company in 1996, Mangan used the proceeds to begin investing in real estate. His first several deals were unprofitable due to his inexperience. Not being a quitter, Mike learned from his mistakes and proceeded to develop a vast and profitable portfolio of real estate rentals over the next decade. Having been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions, Mangan is intimately familiar with nearly every facet of real estate investing, from construction to property management and everything in between.

Mangan's deep seated passion for enterprise development and real estate investing, combined with his genuine desire to empower others to achieve success, have naturally led him to found High Point Education, a real estate investment, coaching and education company.

Mangan is committed to helping beginner real estate investors avoid the financial bumps and bruises that he initially fell prey to and that all too often are an unfortunate rite of passage for those starting off out without a mentor. Over the course of his career, Mangan has helped many hundreds of aspiring and developing investors get their foothold and blossom in investing.

High Point Education is dedicated to advancing Mangan's passion for empowerment and education, through serving even more customers on a more intense level and grander scale. Both a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Licensed General Contractor, Mangan also proudly serves as President and Board Member of High Point Education.
