TAMPA, FL, December 15, 2010 (Press-News.org) DIG Coaching Practice presents Attention Talk Radio with host Jeff Copper, attention coach, on the topic of stay-at-home moms and substance abuse as a lethal combination. Jeff discusses insights around ADD symptoms and characteristics that make it challenging for these women to function and to be happy in such environments. He also shares a recent conversation with a stay-at-home mom who disclosed her personal challenges of looking away from alcohol as a means to cope with her situation.

Jeff Copper is an expert at helping individuals find solutions in life. Having been diagnosed with dyslexia and a learning disability as a child, Jeff spent most of his life learning how to pay attention and finding his own obvious solutions that were not so obvious to others and. Driven by dedication, discipline, and desire, he became successful in helping businesses, other individuals, and those with attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD) pay attention to the right thing.

Jeff received a master's degree in business administration (MBA), graduating at the top of his class, and worked in a start-up business while going public, He became one of the world's few attention coaches and, a few years ago, founded DIG Coaching Practice. His experience includes internationally ranked competitive swimming, top sales and marketing professional, consultant, and successful entrepreneur. He is an attentive husband and father to two active boys.
