There are no ties or partnerships with any organisations. However since the launch four years ago this useful website has grown to a massive 85 pages with over 40,000 words of wisdom and advice. The website remains independent and can offer genuine 'warts and all' consumer information regarding all the various choices of buying a new home.

This site was compiled by a house building professional with over 25 years experience in the industry working for a number of large and small house builders. Much of the information available on this site is 'inside information' as a result of many years in the house-building industry. It is his wish to share this with the general public. The goal is to be the UK's premier website for information for new home buyers.

This brilliant and informative website for the new home buyer has recently been updated and relaunched. It now contains even more information easily accessed via new drop down menus. Additions to the site now include a tips on Buying in a recession. Other new features include a new moving section with tips and advice on packing and choosing a removal company.

In addition there is also a section on Timber Frame Homes detailing the pitfalls and fire risks associated with this type of construction. In September 2010 a Castleoak site in Basingstoke was completely destroyed by fire.
