The Peoria Jingle Bell Run is a great way to kick off the holidays with family, friends and coworkers.
At Loyalty Publishing, Lindsey considers all of his employees to be both friends and family and encourages an open and collaborative workplace. Lindsey annual employee Holiday Party honors his commitment to matching employees donations to the Arthritis Foundation for all who participated in the Jingle Run.
I like to tell my employees to be there with bells on, Lindsey said with a chuckle. It's for a good cause and it is healthy to get up and exercise. The Loyalty Publishing team all take part in the race wearing matching t-shirts creatively designed by Lindsey every year. Headwear is optional, but he does encourage all to get in the spirit and wear Santa hats. One year, we had eight participants, so we did the team up like reindeer with my wife and I dressing as Santa and Mrs. Claus, Lindsey reminisced.
The Arthritis Foundation's Jingle Bell Run is a cause near and dear to Rodney Lindsey's heart. I can't imagine not being a big fundraiser for arthritis research, he said when asked. The advances made in treatment and pain management bring a better quality of life to so many Americans.
