Top 10 New Year's resolutions for computer users

Ten resolutions are presented to make computer and Internet use easier and safer, which can result in saving time and perhaps even some money.

* When asking for computing help, especially on free help sites, be sure to describe one's problems clearly and completely to make it easier for others to assist, as many people doing so are volunteers and have a limited amount of time.
